Agnes Kasper
Dr Agnes Kasper (BA, MA, PhD) is a senior lecturer at the TalTech Law School of Tallinn University of Technology. Previously she served at embassies, human rights organizations and she was leading the legal department in an IT consultancy and development company. As a lawyer she has practical experience in IT law, intellectual property protection, data protection and privacy, tax law, labor law, contract law, administrative law and litigation. Her research focuses on regulatory aspects of cyber security, in particular she is interested in emerging technologies. In 2015 the Estonian Ministry of Defence awarded Agnes Kasper with the first prize for her doctoral thesis “Multi-Level Analytical Frameworks for Supporting Cyber Security Legal Decision Making”.
