
Anastasija Kaplane
Anastasija Kaplane is a Lecturer in International Law and Human Rights at the Riga Graduate School of Law and a PhD Candidate at the University of Helsinki. Her research focuses on state responsibility in cyberspace and the impact of digital technology on human rights. In her latest publication, she examines the human rights challenges brought by the digitalisation of the public sector in Latvia.
She also currently serves as the Project Content Manager for the Jean Monnet Module titled “European Union’s Fundamental Values in Times of Crisis.”
