Dr. Tea Golob
She is a professor of sociology and a head of the Institute of Social morphogenesis, where she deals with an interaction between digital technologies and human behaviour. Her research interests refer to steered social change on a macro systemic level and on a level of individuals, where specific attention is placed on reflexivity, which is seen as a mediator between structure and human agency. In that regard, she explores the paths towards responsible and sustainable society and related human practices, also within the frames of digitalisation and media literacy. She is a Jean Monnet Chair in the area of the European Industry 5.0 and inclusive communities.
